Dr. joyce ravain, Medical Director
Dr. Ravain, MD, FACEP, CWSP, is a graduate of Syracuse University of New York. She has trained extensively in emergency medicine and has built her career practicing medicine since 1980. Upon graduating, Dr. Ravain practiced emergency medicine in Daytona Beach, FL, for 37 years while simultaneously working as an Assistant Clinical Professor at FSU. Throughout her years in emergency medicine, she obtained profound knowledge and surgical skills that she now applies to her advanced wound care practices. Dr. Ravain is a board-certified physician by the American Board of Wound Management and Undersea and Hyperbaric Medicine. She also holds certification from the American College of Surgeons, as well as in Advanced Trauma Life Support, Advanced Cardiac Life Support, and Pediatric Advanced Life Support.
Tracy Monticone, CEO
Reflections Wound Care and Wellness Centers is proud to announce our founder and CEO Ms. Tracy Monticone, RN. As a certified wound care nurse, specializing in advanced healing and hyperbaric medicine, Tracy leads our team with profound dedication to compassionate healing and has for more than 20 years in healthcare. In addition to wound care, she has an extensive background in pediatric and adult trauma medicine, as well as surgical oncology. Her leadership and development have shined throughout her career guiding her to the path of creating Reflections Wound Care and Wellness Centers.
Ms. Monticone is a trailblazer and trend setter destined to make a difference in her community. In opening this center, her goals include continued limb salvage, timely healing of wounds, and research development of traumatic brain injuries, sports injuries, and treatments for cerebral palsy, dementia, and other diseases and disorders that need advancements towards healing.
